SOCIO-CULTURAL VISIT VISA
The visa is issued to the applicants who will visit
Indonesia with the purpose:
To visit family members or relatives in
To visit social organization/Religious
Exchange visits (education, art or sports
Seaman who will transit in the territory of Republic
of Indonesia with the purpose to continue the trip
to another country;
Valid for 90 days for single entry with maximum stay
For some nationals, the issuance of the visa may be
subject to the approval of the Director General of

Sponsor letter addressed to the Indonesian

Certification from the local organization
If the sponsor is an individual, additional
documents must be submitted to the Embassy:
Photocopy of the Sponsor’s passport
national ID (KTP);
If the sponsor is not an Indonesian, photocopy
of the passport and a copy of the Limited/Permanent
Stay permit Card (KITAS/KITAP);
For the purpose of visiting family, the following
documents are required for submission:
photocopy of marriage certificate (for
photocopy of birth certificate (for children).
Approval from the Director General of Immigration
(for certain nationals).
For foreign national who
are permanent resident of the Philippines:
Photocopy of Passport
Photocopy of Valid Visa
Photocopy of ACR-IC
Visa fee P 2,600.00.
The Embassy only receives payment in Manager’s Check
from Banco de Oro, Union Bank and Bank of the
Philippine Islands and payable to:

The Embassy do not accept foreign national with
temporary or emergency passport.
